REFUND / RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us immediately at moodco.contact@gmail.com. If within contact your item/ items are deemed defective or damaged you may exchange with proof of declaimed declared item/ items within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately we do not except refunds only exchanges will be made.

 

*RETURNS/ EXCHANGES*

All returns/ exchanges must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery date.

All returned items must be in new condition, with all original packaging including the box it came in.

PLEASE NOTE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES UNLESS IT IS ENTIRELY OUR FAULT. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU USE A TRACKABLE METHOD TO MAIL YOUR RETURN.

 

 *CANCELLATIONS*

Please notify us within 24 hours.

We are happy to cancel any orders before they are shipped within 24 hours notice. We ship items quickly, often the same day they are ordered.

We cannot cancel the order once it has left our facility.

There is no costs for cancellations.

Please contact us at moodco.contact@gmail.com to cancel an order.  We will confirm cancellation by e-mail.

We reserve the right to cancel orders for certain circumstances such as item is not in stock and suspicion of fraud.

If we cancel your order, we will notify you via e-mail.
